Construction & Post-Construction Cleaning

Construction & Post-Construction Cleaning

Post-construction cleaning includes removing construction dust, wiping accessible surfaces, cleaning cabinets, countertops, restrooms, fixtures, interior glass, baseboards, doors, touchpoints, and floors. The goal is to prepare the property for final walkthrough, occupancy, photos, or client handoff.

Only if it is specifically approved and quoted. Standard post-construction cleaning includes wiping window frames and glass, but scraping, adhesive removal, paint removal, protective film removal, grout haze removal, or heavy residue removal is billed separately because it requires extra labor and carries surface-damage risk.

Yes. Active water and electricity are required before service. If the site does not have utilities, the cleaning may be delayed, rescheduled, or limited depending on what can safely be completed.

Airbnb / STR Turnover Cleaning

An Airbnb turnover includes cleaning bathrooms, kitchen, floors, surfaces, bedrooms, living areas, trash removal, bed reset, towel placement, and guest-ready presentation. Add-ons can include linen service, restocking, patio reset, and same-day emergency turnover.

We can restock linens, towels, paper goods, beverages, napkins, soaps, and guest supplies if they are provided by the host or arranged in advance. Purchasing inventory is not included unless approved separately.

Yes, depending on availability, checkout time, property size, and the next guest’s check-in time. Same-day or emergency turnovers may include an additional rush fee, especially when there is excessive trash, damage, late checkout, or limited access time.

Commercial Cleaning

Yes. Most commercial cleaning is scheduled after hours so we do not interrupt your staff, clients, patients, or daily operations. We can service offices, clinics, salons, medical spaces, and professional workspaces.

Yes. We offer recurring commercial cleaning plans based on frequency, square footage, restroom count, traffic level, business type, and scope. Common options include 1–2x weekly, weekend cleaning, weekday cleaning, and custom monthly maintenance plans.

No. Standard commercial cleaning does not include medical waste disposal, sharps, biohazards, bodily fluids, hazardous chemicals, or regulated waste. Those require specialized licensed services and must be handled separately.

Listing Listo / Market-Ready Home Service

The Listing Listo Market Ready Package is a pre-listing cleaning and presentation service designed to help a property look cleaner, brighter, and more attractive before photos, showings, open houses, or buyer walkthroughs.

No. Listing Listo is not staging, remodeling, repair work, or handyman service. It is a cleaning and presentation package focused on improving the property’s visual condition before it goes to market.

Yes, light curb appeal touch-ups can be included depending on the package. This may include front entry cleanup, porch or patio sweeping, garage sweeping, light debris consolidation, and basic exterior presentation. Pressure washing, lawn care, mulch, landscaping, and debris hauling are add-ons.

You can request an estimate by sending the property address, service type, square footage, photos or videos of the space, desired service date, and any special requirements. For larger jobs, commercial accounts, post-construction cleaning, or listing preparation, a walkthrough may be required before final pricing.
